Shipping Policy
- L.A. Chic Wigs currently offers "Custom-made" wigs & "Pre-Order" wigs, Virgin Hair bundles, lace closures and frontals.
- Custom-made wigs are ready to wear as well. After we receive your order and a picture of the desired look you want and your payment it will take 2-3 business days to process, and 3-5 business days to construct, customize and style your wig then send a tracking number to you. Once your order is shipped it will take 2-3 business days to arrive to you via USPS. Approximately 7-10 business days to receive your custom "ready to wear" wig.
- Pre-Order wigs are ready to wear as well. After We receive your order and payment it will take 2 business days to process, and 2 business days to customize & style the wig then send a tracking number to you. Once your order is shipped it will take 2-3 business days to arrive to you via USPS. Approximately 6-7 business days to receive your "Ready to Wear" wig.
- Virgin hair extensions and lace orders have a 1-2 business day processing times and it ships in 2-3 business days via USPS. Please allow one (1) extra business day for us to personally package your order.
- For any packages lost or damaged after shipping and you received a tracking number please contact USPS Mail, they are responsible for the package since it was in their care.
- Wigs that are available for pre-order take approx. 7 business days to arrive to you via USPS.
